New single-story extension for a customer in Wilmington. Creating a new dining area exiting through triple folding doors to an elevated deck. To the rear is a separate utility room. 

Elevated timber decking constructed with galvanised steel feet to keep the posts out of the ground. Non-slip decking on exits to all doors, landing areas and steps. Black round aluminium spindles and glass panels to the front section.

 Single story kitchen extension complete with vaulted ceiling and roof lights. Bespoke hand cut hipped roof . the wall from the existing bungalow was demolished and supported to the width of the new extension to make a very large kitchen diner. Another customer in Honiton.

 This customer in Honiton could not find the kitchen she wanted off the shelf. She wanted a distressed cottage / vintage look. So utilising standard base and wall carcasses, we bespoke manufactured in our own workshop the doors, plinths, end panels, pelmets etc to suit the clients request.
